Important information

Can I ride my own bike?

Yes. You can ship your bike or fly with it, though most guests find it easier to use one of our premium e-bikes provided for the tour.

Can I ride a tandem, recumbent, or trike?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate tandems, recumbents, or trikes.

Do you provide e-bikes?

Yes. Our tours are designed around premium e-bikes equipped with saddle packs. Road bikes are available by request.

Can I bring my own pedals or seat?

Absolutely—if it makes you more comfortable, bring your own pedals and/or saddle and we’ll install them.

Do I need a bike lock?

No. We supply locks for all our bikes.

What about lights for tunnels?

We recommend a handlebar light with at least 400 lumens.

How difficult are the rides?

These tours are designed as scenic leisure rides. Daily mileage is usually 25–55 miles, and e-assist makes climbs approachable.

Should I train before my tour?

Training is always helpful, but not essential. E-assist and van support mean all abilities can enjoy the ride.

What if I can’t finish the day’s mileage?

Our support van is available if you need a lift or a shorter ride.

Will I have access to my luggage during the day?

No. Luggage needs to be ready each morning; it will be transferred to your next hotel and waiting for you there.

Is water available along the route?

Yes, there are refill opportunities throughout the day. Start each morning with a full bottle.

Can dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free) be accommodated?

Yes, most of our destinations offer options for dietary preferences.

What should I pack for rain or bad weather?

A rain jacket and pants are essential. Your saddle bag can hold extra clothes for the day.

Are trips cancelled because of weather?

No. Tours run rain or shine.

Will support staff fix my bike if something goes wrong?

Yes. If we provided the bike, we’ll repair or replace it as needed.

What if I’m not experienced at cycling?

No problem. Our tours are built for leisure riders. With e-assist and van support, you can focus on enjoying the scenery.

Do I need travel insurance?

We strongly recommend it. Trip insurance is available during checkout.

What airports should I use?

We’ll advise the best airport based on your itinerary. For example, Breck–Aspen tours start with pickup at Denver International and end in Aspen.

How do I get back to the airport at the end?

If your departure city is more than 30 minutes from the airport, we’ll provide transportation. Otherwise, hotel shuttles or Uber are usually easiest.

Do you offer custom or private departure dates?

Yes. For groups of four or more, we can arrange private or custom tours.

What does “single supplement” mean?

Our pricing is based on double occupancy. If you’re traveling alone, or want your own bed, a single supplement guarantees your own room.

If I share a room, do I have to share a bed?

Some inns only have one bed per room. Where possible, we’ll provide two beds, but the single supplement is the only guarantee of your own bed.

What’s included in the tour cost?

Lodging, e-bike rental, GPS navigation, luggage transfers, roadside/van support, and dining recommendations. Meals (except breakfast) are not included.

How much is the deposit?

A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Our standard policy requires cancellation 60+ days before departure for a refund (minus deposit). After that window, refunds are limited. Full details are provided at booking.
